How long will my order take to arrive?

We work with fulfilment partners to bring you a wide range of quality products. As a result, delivery times are slightly longer than high-street retailers — but we think the products are worth the wait!

• United Kingdom: 2–4 weeks from the date of dispatch
• International orders: Please contact us before ordering for an estimated timeframe

You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with your tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Can I track my order? Yes — tracking details will be emailed to you once your order ships. Please allow 3–5 business days after dispatch for tracking to update.

What about customs delays? Occasionally, orders may be subject to customs checks which are outside our control. We appreciate your patience if this happens.
